Delete your KAPREN account
You can ask RadpicsAI to delete your KAPREN account and the data we hold about you at any time. This covers the KAPREN apps for Mac, Windows, Android and iPhone.
How to ask
- 1
Email contact@radpicsai.com from the email address you sign in to KAPREN with. If you sign in with a mobile number, write that number in the email.
- 2
Use the subject “Delete my KAPREN account”.
- 3
We reply to confirm the request came from you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your email address, mobile number and name
- Your sign-in sessions and one-time codes
- The computers and phones registered to your account (device name, an anonymous device ID, system and app version)
- Your subscription record
- If you used server sync: the studies, reports and templates synced from the desktop app, and your sync sign-in
What we keep
- Invoices and payment records, for as long as Indian tax and company law requires (up to 8 years). They are used for nothing else.
Your images and reports
KAPREN keeps your studies, images and reports on your own computer or phone. To remove them there, delete them in the app or uninstall it. We only receive them if you turned on server sync in the desktop app; those copies are deleted with your account. The mobile app never sends them to us.
Deleting your account ends your subscription on every device. More in our Privacy Policy.
